Woodgate's History

Woodgate Speedway was an 1/8th mile dirt oval go-kart track located on the corner of 45th and Adams in Topeka, KS. It was known to be the fastest 1/8th mile kart track in the Midwest. There were a ton of people that would go to race at Woodgate or just to watch. Woodgate was open from 1981 to 1999. It was a very fun track to go visit and to race at.
